We are accepting applications for the position of Equipment Operator.  This position involves skilled, technical work in the maintenance, repair, and construction of town highways, facilities, and equipment.  The equipment operator works under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Works.

Department of Public Works - Fleet Mechanic

We are hiring a Fleet Mechanic for our Department of Public Works.  This is a full time, benefited position. Candidates will be responsible for repairing, overhauling, and performing tune-ups and major repairs on Town vehicles and construction equipment to include hydraulic, diesel, electrical systems and metal fabrication.  Must have the ability to repair vehicles with computer aided diagnostic equipment, maintain all fleet records related to vehicle maintenance, and perform all regular Public Works duties, including snow plowing.  See the complete job description and job application below.
