On Monday, June 4th, 2018 the Infrastructure Committee presented their recommendations for a new Department of Public Works complex and a parcel of land for a new Town Hall.  Please click on the link below to view the presentation.

Infrastructure Recommendation 6 4 2018

In June of 2017, the Infrastructure Study Committee was formed.  Their task was to review the Town’s current and future needs for a municipal complex and potential sites to build the new complex.  The committee hired Trudell Consulting Engineers to complete a Preliminary Feasibility Analysis on two parcels of land the committee recommended.  Below are the results of that preliminary analysis as well as meeting minutes.
