Paying Annual Fees
Each parcel within the Town limits will be charged a stormwater user fee based on the classifications within the stormwater utility ordinance. The annual fee will be sent in a utility bill in July of each year. The bill will be separate from the annual property tax bill. Properties that are Single Family Residences (SFR) are expected to pay the annual fee in one payment. Non SFRs with greater than 20 ERUs are able to make quarterly payments.
