PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING ST. ALBANS TOWN ZONING BYLAW AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TUESDAY, JUNE 11th, 2024.

Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Town of St. Albans that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the St. Albans Town Hall to consider for adoption the following proposed Unified Development Bylaw and Subdivision Regulations and changes to district locations on the zoning map pursuant to Title 24 VSA Chapter 117.

The Bylaws and Map affect the entire Town of St. Albans. The purpose of the Unified Development Bylaws and Subdivision Regulations are to provide for orderly community growth and to implement the Town Plan. Changes include updating subdivision requirements of property surveys, updating the list of conditional uses in various districts, updates to the Site Plan and Planned Unit Development regulations, parking, signs, definitions and changes to district locations on the zoning map. After the public hearing, the Planning Commission may hold a vote on approval of the Bylaws, as edited, and submission to the St. Albans Town Selectboard for consideration for adoption.
